In the US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, a civil jury trial was scheduled to start yesterday in an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) case. The defendant moved to continue the trial. Last week the judge denied that motion. But then, on Friday, the defendant informed the court that a defense attorney and paralegal may have been exposed to the coronavirus and must quarantine. The court took the trial off the calendar to be rescheduled at an unspecified time.
